IMPEXMETAL HAS SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH VALEO

Impexmetal has signed an agreement with Valeo

29 January 2013 Impexmetal S.A. signed an agreement with Valeo Group – one of the largest global suppliers for automotive sector – for the supply of aluminium products. The approximate value of the agreement amounts to PLN 256 mln.

29 January 2013 Impexmetal S.A. concluded an agreement for the years 2013 – 2014 for the supply of aluminium products used in the production of heat exchangers for the production plants of Valeo Group. Valeo is one of the largest global suppliers for automotive sector.

„The agreement signed with one of the largest suppliers for the automotive sector is further example of changes in our products portfolio. We work continuously  over increasing in our sale the  share of highly-processed products, which are,  of course, more commercial” – says the CEO of Impexmetal S.A. Małgorzata Iwanejko. „These are  foundations of our investment programme. We  modernize our production line, which allows us to increase the volume of thin products’  production.”

The estimate value of the agreement amounts to ca PLN 256 mln and has been fixed  according to the current quotations of aluminium on the LME and current rate of currency.
